Steampunk Coasters
While taking classes at Gabra Studios, I met another student there, Jan, that also works with resin as a medium. She brought in some of her work one day and I knew I had to try this.
I made a set of four steampunk coasters for a friend for his wedding – the same friend as the mosaic clock, in fact. The clock was more for her, so I wanted to do something for him as well. And really, what guy doesn’t like steampunk? (In fact, Nick has tried asking, begging and bribing me to make him a set of coasters as well, but thus far has been unsuccessful. Try harder, Nick – sweeten the pot a bit, as they say.)
